Shipping Policy

Please allow time for your order to be processed, prepared, and shipped.

Premade Items
Premade items will generally be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are made specifically for each release and will generally take approximately 3 weeks to be produced and shipped. Production times may vary depending on order volume or unexpected manufacturing delays.

If your order contains both premade and pre-order items, your entire order may be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
